How do the years work here? I know everyone begins as a first year, but how do you move up and how often?

How: You have to make a certain amount of posts within four months to get moved up a year.
For you to move up to a second year you must make 200 posts.
Malachi or me can make a thread about post counts and how to move up a year and things like that.
When: Every four months. From May - August sometime is four months. Then we'll move people up years.
For instance this is term one.
From August to December will be term two.
