below, is the adult application, and an example of what it should look like. in each field, I've given you explanations of what should be submitted. please make sure you erase my explanations when you fill out the applications. make sure you can meet all requirements and fill in each field correctly. submit your application in a new thread, titled in this format: LASTNAME, firstname. if you don't follow these guidelines, you're application will stay in pending, and if you don't fix it within two weeks, your application will be denied and you'll have to submit it once again. remember to read the rules and the info threads in the application board before you fill any of this out. kthxbai! xP
