the name is jarod octans phoenix and is twenty-four years old.
graduated from hogwarts and is an ex-slytherin.
after graduating from school he became a nurse and is working to become a doctor for st. mungos.

he is a jokester and acts like a kid at heart. he is serious when it comes to his work, but jokes around to lighten the mood. even though he was in slytherin he is extremely intellegent and kind toward others. he tries to see the good in everyone. jarod is a bit of a ladies man and will date anyone who asks him out at least once. he gives everyone a benefit of a doubt before judging them. when it comes to his younger brother james pheonix he is a bit over protective of him and would kill someone if they messed with him. jarod pheonix wouldn't mind settling down when the time came, but right now he likes playing the field.
in school he hung mostly around the slytherins, but had some friends in other houses if they stayed long enough to get past his jokes. he likes to have a good time and be around people. usually he plays jokes so he needs friends with good humor and such. old friends would be great along with new ones. if you want your character to be friends with him let me know. jarod is extremely loyal and honest to his friends, but if you're not his friend you're pretty much screwed.
you can not have friends without enemies. jarod needs his fair share of enemies too. he works for the order to death eaters are not his friends at all. depending on what we come up with he might like your character as a death eater, but when it comes down to doing what is right he is with the order. also he will help his enemies if it comes to them being in physical or mental pain.
jarod is a bit of a ladies man and will date anyone who asks him out once. he has never really settled down and thought about having kids with anyone since no one he dates can seem to take his personality. usually he works long hours and is always working or trying to do some research about medicine. he usually goes for brunettes, but will be with anyone. the type he likes usually have a fiesty attitude and will not take no as an answer. the longest relationship he has ever had lasted seven months, but the girl had cheated on him with another man. his shortest relationships last a night if not the next morning.
